To fulfill the vision of a healthy church in every community which is marked by spiritual and numeric growth, it’s going to take the best thinking, our most strategic efforts, and constant adaptabilities as the national office and district/network offices work together. The Assemblies of God Leadership Conference is the premier location for connecting with like-minded leaders, receiving updates regarding effective ministries, and providing feedback to those who serve in the national office.

It is with this heart that you are invited to join the Assemblies of God Leadership Conference at the beautiful Chateau on the Lake Resort Spa and Convention Center in Branson, Missouri.

Please note the dates of departmental gatherings have been adjusted to better align toward ministry goals for the coming year. Please see the following information to ensure you plan to arrive and depart for the correct days.

AG Women: Sunday Evening - Wednesday
CE/Discipleship Directors: Sunday Evening - Tuesday
DYD Conference: Tuesday Evening - Friday
Children's Directors: Monday Evening - Friday
Girls Ministries Directors: Tuesday - Thursday
Light for the Lost: Monday - Wednesday
Men's Ministries: Tuesday - Thursday
Network of Women Ministers: Thursday - Friday

Registration and Travel Information

Step 1: Register

Please help us plan adequately for attendance at the 2023 AGLC event in Branson. The national office will cover the meal costs for district staff and spouse. Children are welcome to attend, however some meals may have an additional charge as noted during registration. Breakfast is complimentary for attendees staying at the Chateau.

Step 2: Reserve Housing

The housing block at the Chateau is currently sold out for the night of January 31. If you need to amend an existing reservation, please contact the Chateau at 888-333-5253. If you need to book a new reservation that cannot be accommodated by the Chateau, the following properties are near the Chateau. Please note, we do not have any special rate agreements with these properties.

Air Transportation Options:

For guests flying to Branson, here are recommended travel tips:

The closest airport providing services for major air carriers including American Airlines, Delta, United, and Allegiant is the Springfield-Branson National Airport (SGF). This airport is approximately a 45-minute drive to the Chateau on the Lake.
Kansas City airport (MCI) is about a 3.5 hour drive from Branson

Ground Transportation Options:

Those flying to Springfield may want to consider the following transit options:

Carpool - Use the district director communication channel to find other guests with similar arrival and departure times to save costs.
Rental Cars - All major rental car carriers are located in the main terminal building of the Springfield-Branson National Airport.
Uber - Catching an Uber from the airport to the Chateau is estimated at $100 one way.

NOTE: Some dinner activities happen off-site. Carpooling with a rental service may be the most reliable and cost-effective method of transportation. Transportation to/from the Chateau is the responsibility of each individual guest.
